Board Chair- Romelle Horton (PhD)- is currently the President of Cuttington University in Liberia (Liberia’s oldest University), making her the First Female President in the University’s 133 year history. She graduated Summa Cum Laude (Valedictorian) with a degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Voorhees College, South Carolina. She has a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Leadership (University of Botswana) and previously served as Deputy Minister for Instruction at the Ministry of Education, Republic of Liberia.
